About Us

AWII SPORT sells basketball hoops for playing at home: portable hoops you can set up and move where you need them, and pool hoops made for shooting around in the water. Our store, awiisports.com, is operated by A-World Int'l, Inc., a California corporation based in Diamond Bar, California.

What we focus on

A basketball hoop is a big purchase and a bigger box. It has to be assembled, filled, adjusted, and trusted to stay standing. We would rather tell you plainly what to expect than make promises we cannot keep, so here is what we do commit to.

Every product is covered by a 2-year warranty on all parts. If a part fails, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Missing or damaged parts are replaced free of charge. Replacement parts ship from our Los Angeles warehouse and usually arrive within 3–4 days.

Every model comes with a PDF installation manual. If you get stuck during assembly, our customer service team can help. A tip we share often: fill the base completely with sand, or with a mix of sand and water. A base filled with water only is more likely to tip over.

You can reach a real person. Send us a message on our website, email us, or call our customer service line. We reply within 24 hours.

How we ship

All orders ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles to addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Orders typically arrive within 3–4 days after shipping. Orders of $100 or more ship free; orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.90. You can find the full details in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, without the hassle

If something is not right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and we provide a prepaid return label. If your hoop is already installed, talk to us first. Depending on the situation, we may agree on a partial or full refund without you having to take the hoop apart and send it back. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
