Before You Start
- Check every part against the parts list in the manual before assembly. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us and we will ship the replacement part free of charge.
- For the best stability, fill the base completely with sand, or with a mix of sand and water. Water alone is not recommended.
- Can’t reach the height you need? Add or remove one pole section as shown in your manual.
- Push-button models: if the adjustment pole feels loose, check that the cross mark on the main pole lines up with the button.
