At AWII SPORT, we take pride in the quality and durability of our basketball hoops. Every AWII Sport hoop bought on awiisports.com comes with a 2-year limited warranty on all parts, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
  • Issues with the structural integrity of the hoop, backboard, pole, or base.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the rim or backboard and fading of paint or stickers.
  • Damage caused by severe weather, such as high winds or storms.

Warranty Period

The 2-year warranty period starts on the date of your order.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us: Email info@aworldus.com or call (626) 886-0258 with:
    • Your order number or order confirmation
    • A description of the issue, with photos or a short video if possible
  2. Review: Our team will review your claim and let you know whether it is covered under the warranty.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
