Refund policy

At AWII SPORT, we stand behind the quality of our basketball hoops. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on awiisports.com. AWII SPORT is a trade name of A-World Int'l, Inc.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to start a return. Return shipping costs and restocking fees depend on the reason for the return. Please see Section 3 for details.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges must be started by contacting our customer service team.

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at info@aworldus.com or call (626) 886-0258 with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or exchange

For damaged or defective items, please also include a few photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us resolve it as quickly as possible.

Step 2: Receive Your Approval

We review every request within 24 hours. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return instructions.

Step 3: Send Your Return

  • Quality issues or items damaged in transit: we will send you a free prepaid return shipping label.
  • Non-quality reasons: you may ship the item back with a carrier of your choice at your own expense, or ask us for a return label; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important: please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving approval. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility, Condition & Fees

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In new, unassembled, and unused condition. Basketball hoops that have been fully or partially assembled and show scratches or signs of use cannot be resold as new and will not be accepted.
  • In its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Quality issues / damaged in transit: AWII SPORT covers 100% of the return shipping cost and waives any restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind / ordered the wrong item: you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing.

4. Missing or Damaged Parts

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. You have 7 days from the day of delivery to report any parts that are missing or damaged in transit. Email info@aworldus.com with clear photos or a video of the affected parts and the shipping box. Claims made after 7 days will be denied.

For large items, we may resolve the issue by sending you free replacement parts instead of requiring a full return. Replacement parts ship from our Los Angeles warehouse and usually arrive within 3–4 days.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status within 5–7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process in Section 2. After we approve and receive your return, you can place a new order for the item you want at any time.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Please contact us right away with your order number. Orders ship within 1 business day; once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled and must be handled as a return.

8. Warranty

Every AWII Sport hoop comes with a 2-year limited warranty. See our Warranty Information page for what is covered and how to file a claim.

Assembly Help

Many issues can be solved without a return. A PDF installation manual for every model is available on our Installation Guides & Manuals page, and our customer service team is happy to help you check your setup.
