1. How Many People Are Needed for Installation? (1 vs. 2)

The first question many customers ask after unboxing is: "Can I do this by myself?"

The answer is: It depends on the model you purchased.

• Standard Portable Models (2 People Recommended): We strongly recommend having 2 people for the installation. While our design prioritizes user-friendliness, having a second pair of hands is crucial when lifting the backboard, aligning the brackets, and standing up the base. Working in pairs not only saves effort but also maximizes safety during the process, preventing parts from tipping over and causing damage or injury.

• Pool Models (1 Person is Enough): If you purchased a pool basketball hoop, its structure is lighter and more compact. 1 person can easily complete the installation independently—no extra help needed!

2. Do I Need to Prepare Any Extra Tools?

Not at all.

To ensure an "out-of-the-box" setup experience, we have included the necessary wrench directly in the package. You don't need to dig through your toolbox or buy any special tools.

3. Please Do These 3 Things Before Starting

To ensure everything goes perfectly, please complete the following steps before opening all the hardware bags:

1. Watch the Installation Video: Don't just rely on the manual! Please take a few minutes to watch our installation demonstration video in full first. This will help you build a mental framework of the process and double your installation efficiency.

2. Check the Parts List: Compare the parts list in the manual and check one by one to ensure all components, screws, and the wrench are complete in the package. Please confirm there are no missing or damaged parts before you begin the actual assembly.

3. Prepare a Flat Space: Choose a spacious, flat area (such as a clean garage floor or a flat spot in your backyard) as your installation zone. Lay down some cardboard or a protective mat to prevent scratching the hoop components during assembly.

4. What If I Find Missing or Damaged Parts?

If you find a missing screw or part while checking the list, please don't rush to return the product!
